am I using the wrong code? In that case, where do I find the right one? Or am I trying to redeem at the wrong place? I went into Origin, then clicked the Origin menu and then Redeem a code. I have triple checked that it's typed correctly, too. The code should be valid until the 11th July so it's not expired. I've been waiting since forever to talk to an EA advisor on the official help site but nothing happens, it's been saying my waiting time is 5 minutes for 45 minutes now. So, it's a different type of code than the ones you get for expansion packs and I can't redeem it at the store.
